Rough and faded plastic help

I have rough OEM plastic. Its also faded to a red orange. Is there anything that I can make it look somewhat decent and red colored again? Don't suggest the PC plastic renew please.

i've never had any luck trying to bring back the color like that.
when it's clean i used tire gel on the fenders and wd-40 on the under carriage,and it work great for me

If your not going to try plastic renew, then as far as I know your only other option is krylon fusion spray paint. I have used it before on quads with good luck.

doesn't that power wash right off.my freind tried that and it didn't work very well

I used a garden hose with one of those nozziles that gave it a more powerful spray and it never peald off the paint. I would be willing to bet that your friend also didnt prep the plastics right.

I found that if you wet sand then buff fenders you can get them to look a little better :cool:
