Well I'm not really big into the whole "check out my new phone" thing but I am quite happy I finally upgraded ;) For the past few years I've had this crappy LG flip phone. It was very basic and got little reception. Just today I thought It was finally time to get a new one as I was eligible for a free upgrade. So I decided to get a Motorola L7. So far I really like this phone. Great sound, reception and feels very sturdy..Im curious to what phones you guys have and whats the "Pros" and "Cons" about them. As for mine. No cons yet. :D

not bad.....decent reception, bad at times. pictures are good, but i cant figure out how to get them on the computer, i even bought the cable and still cant get it to work.

My 860 is probably the best phone i've owned, I have put it through so much and it still works fine, I just got the housing replaced on it so it looks brand new! I have no problems with nextel service, I get full service Everywhere I go on a daily basis, the only time I was out of service totally was at my cousins house in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee, but I would just go into town and get full service.

I don't even remember off hand what I have. Some POS Motorola flip phone. About the only thing I will give it is that it's tough to kill. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten pissed and thrown the thing at something. Somehow it alway manages to come out OK. Just a bit scratched up LOL.

i don't have a cell phone anymore...i had cellular one service and only got 50% reception about 10% of the places i ever was...i had the phone for 2 years and has a total of 5:08:06 on it...my wife and i shared 450 minutes a month...my phone has 308 minutes on it...i didn't even use one months worth of minutes in 2 years...hers had a little more, but not much

it was a nokia 3595...nice phone...it got great reception once we got out of pa on a trip...cellular one just sucks in my area

if somebody wanted a cell phone, i would sell it...it is doing me no good here...

I bought my girlfriend the LG 9800 a couple of months ago. I thought she was bad before with the text messaging!! Now she has a damn keyboard!@ WHAT A FREAKIN MISTAKE!!! THANK GOD I CANCELLED MY TEXT! I can't recieve them anymore, and it's really a godsend.

I hate phones. I literally go through one nextel phone/month. Whether I break it while being drunk, or at work, it still averages out to a minimum of 1/month. I think the only one I haven't owned was the mp3 one (870 maybe?).

I hate cell phones. If I didn't need nextel 2 way/person to person for work, I wouldn't own one. :mad: :mad: Don't get me started with my rants about what an appropriate time to talk on a cell phone is, or stop freaking text messaging people. I'm getting angry thinking about it :mad: :mad: :mad:

Right now I've got a Samsung SGH-X497. It's simple, reliable and gets great reception. My work is threatening to give me a Blackberry and I don't want one of those damn things if I can avoid it. The reception absolutely sucks.

i have a verizon razr and i get great reception nearly everywhere nice pics and ok vids. but i bet it wiil break pretty easly and if your hard on phones i wouldnt reccommend it.

What are some of your opinions on the best Provider? I personally think Verizon is the best. Allthough, I don't even have Verizon I have Cingular and the coverage w/ them hasn't been the best. But, I've never heard bad about Verizon. Which is why I may be switching soon. :)

i got the motorola V235. cheap little camera phone, but works awesome. great reception, takes decent pics, and is tough to kill. and i can take like 800 pics on it, full size pics like 800x600 i can take like 200. i have cincinnati bell for service and can't complain. works well just bout everywhere.

used to have a samsung sch-a950 it was the shiznat, but it fell outta my pocket at Geauga Lake on the x-flight, talk about sucky day... Verizon wanted $300 for a new one so im stuck with a samsung a670. Its pretty much a piece.

whoever asked about verizon, its decent. I dont have any problems, its kind of nice because all of my friends are "in" so its all free. I know that in W.V. the service sucks, and certain places around my house:confused:
some places i have full strength, other places nothing... hrmmm

I'm hoping my phone will last me at least a couple years as did my other one..I think what I like best is the software that is aviable for the computer. It is really helpful. You can charge it on the computer, send text messages, edit/add entrys to phonebook, edit calendar, add music-vids-pics, also some how make actual phones calls to from the comp..Havn't figured that one out yet.

I was seeing how good Verizon was, I've always heard that it was good, and the "best" overall. So I was just wondering your opionions. Guess that all providers can't give excellent signal in all areas as where Cingular doesn't have too good of reception in my area.. :ermm:

I just upgraded to the Palm Treowx. I love it so far. I have Sprint and couldn't be happier. I get great reception everywhere and the EVDO network is awesome. I can attach this to my laptop and use it as a modem. I get better speeds than I do with my DSL connection at home.

nokia 6010 its like 1.5 yrs old. simple, cheap, indestructible, good speakers, and great reception w/cingular
