Winter Project.. BARGIN!

Here we have an ego bike/scooter. This Item cost 1199.00 brand new. I am not sure what is wrong with it. It goes, but it starts smoking and it doesent go full speed. The brake light and headlight were removed. And the key is stuck in the ignition. (however, you can still turn it with a screwdriver). If you have some backround on electrical, then this probably will be a simple fix. I am looking to get 100.00 or best offer. The item will need to be picked up in Staten Island Ny. (20 min from nyc) (25 min from Englishtown) (2 hrs from Ct) Just tryin to give u an idea how long i am from u. With questions, post them or feel free to pm me.
