Axle Bearings non existant

after a day of riding today i think my bearings called it quits...my axle has tons of play and m certain the bearings need replacing..when i bought the quad it had an aftermarket carrier..not sure if its double or single row but what im wondering how hard it is to get these things out and what kinda tool ill need

Heat up the carrier with a torch, smack it on a piece of wood and the bearings will pop right out.
Before you put in the new bearings, grease the p*** out of the carrier. Next time you have to deal with them the bearings will come out real easy.
