anyone know what kind of material it is so i can make my own.

If it just a shocking......i will get one from CVS

Its not just a stocking,, I think theres even another company I saw on ebay that said it kept the water out. Of course some will get in through cracks but....:confused:

I think its some type of nylon stuff. It watter resistant.

could someone who has an outerwears look and see if it has a fabric name on the tag.

Im tellin u its made of a polyester material. if u type in Precharger and polyester on google search engine tons of references will pop up sayin "Prechargers are made from a highly durable polyester material containing uniform micron openings. Stops dirt particles as small as .005" or to some effect of that.

You can buy the material direct from Outerwares. I bought a couple of sheets of it to make my own airbox covers. Think it cost about 10 bucks for 2 ft square.

do a google for Outerwares, and call them. thats what I did
