Do You guys have any suggestions on were else or how to mount a Pro-Design Kill switch on a set of Tag T2 fat bars? One more question, could some one explain to me or post a picture on how to secure a 250R hood on a 400EX?

i can't answer the kill switch question, but regarding the hood question...when i got my hood, it came with a set of 4 bolts, 2 for the front and 2 for the back (near the gas tank). you have to drill holes where you want them, then attach the bolts. now, i only used the bolts on the ones nearest the front. for the connection near the gas tank, i felt like the bolts were going to rub the gas tank, so i just drilled the holes and used zip ties. has held up great.

There is a guy on eBay that sells a mounting plate for a Pro Design Kill switch, you may want to look into that, their always being sold on there....

What about the Nacs handlebar clamp that holds the PD kill switch, although Im not sure it it accepts a fat bar.

I mounted my kill switch right next to the clutch lever. The handlebars are 7/8" at that point, which the kill switch will work.

i mounted my kill switch right beside the clutch perch on the down part. its a tight fit but it works. be careful not to strip the screws out on the kill switch mount.
