I tried to do a search but I came up UTL on a pipe forum.

Is HMH Factory 4 any good of a pipe, FMF's web site does not even have info about the pipe!

I want basically a slip on and dont want spend more than 325!
If y'all no of any other good pipes out there let me know.

Thanks.

I think the Dr. D slip on is the best slipon you can buy. I had one and miss it terribly. I know have a HMF full system and the Dr. D gave me more power then this HMF full system does. ...

that Dr. D was the bomb...

That is sooo crazy that they put noise limits on bikes.... They want everything soo quiet so as you do not hear someone coming over a dune.. If the people that made that rule had any idea how unsafe quiet bikes can be WOW ignorance is blissssss... Lets take the dune buggies and see how quiet we can make them so they can have quads for hood pieces... I feel for you guys that ride those dunes.. They have not got that stupid!!! In oklahoma as of yet..... I do understand the whole can't sleep thing if there is too much noise but that is why wally world sells ty.. pm

Sorry for invading your thread ............

I agree loud pipes can save lives.

Even in trail riding I have avoided some incidents that could have been head on crashes if I didn't hear the other person coming or if he didn't here me.

I've come ripping around turns to see other riders pulled off to the side waiting for me to pass. And I have done the same when I heard other people on the trails.
And yesterday there were 2 horses that walked off the trail when they heard me coming.

But back on topic.

If you want a slip-on only for increased low end power I'd say HMF is your best bet. I've never ridden a Dr.D but have herd nothing but good feedback about them.

I would not rule out the top two horse power producers... Rossier & Dasa

My friend had a full hmf pipe and he liked it before going to the dasa pipe.....

LRD Pro4 Series.

I forget the exact number, somehwere around 7.1hp gains on bottom end. I havent seen another pipes dyno numbers with this much gain on bottom. The above site is a good price. Sounds great too, but this pipe is loud. Check LRD for a quiet core insert. Good luck.

the dasa is more of a mid to top end pipe. however, it is my pipe of choice. the rossier is weak on the low end compared to everyone i have tried. the full HMF provided good low to mid range power.
