ok here it is, i just bought a curtis sparks full exhaust for my 2006 honda 450er. engine is stock otherwise,


1. what jetting sizes should i get?
2. how much HP is there in the stock engine?
3. how much HP is added on from this pipe?

going through the same stuff with my jetting right now. Except I'm running a rossier pipe, sorting through it right now and getting alot of good insite. So take alook at the jetting help thread started by me right next to this one

wow, thanks, that helps a lot,,, just is it different from a 450r or a 450er?? i dont think it is but im just making sure?

and that also says these reccomendations are wit hthe exhaust, a Sparks Air SuperCharger kit, and the airbox lid removed,

if i removed the lid, and have the exhaust, but dont have the supercharger kit, how diferent should this be set up?
