special tool?

Is there a special tool i need to remove the old worn out swingarm pivot bushing/bearings? Or does anyone have any idea on how to remove them?

You might think this is weird or may not even understand it BUT

I used a Nut & bolt.. Find a bolt long enough that will fit in the space with the nut on it. turn out the nut as to take it off and whola.. it breaks the seal and it pops out.

I hope this is understandable.
