Well I am a dirt bike rider with a honda XR400. I always wanted a sport quad, just never had the funds. Yesterday I traded in my 02 Recon on a 05 leftover TRX400EX. The 400 was $5000 out the door and they gave me $1500 on the Recon. I am very happy with the deal because the Recon was about dead. Wow, the EX is a beast! It feels like it has more torque than my modded XR400. I'm sure the dirt bike is faster but the quad pulls up easily. I will ride the quad today and have a buddy ride the bike so I can switch back and forth. Ready to mod this thing!
