Is this that bad and how can I fix it?

Thats what's happening to me, just not as much. Oil leaks out just under the exhaust. Bottom of the Cylinderhead, you might have to replace the valve gasket. But I don't think it's BAD, just it could get bad if you leave it like that.

Looks like it might be leaking up higher, like maybe from the rocker arm adjuster plugs?
