Getting to the Main Jet. 2006 250ex

I'm a total novice at this stuff. I changed the needle with no problem at all. Where exactly is the main jet. Is it on the bottem of the carb? Does the carb have to come out completely? Any help would be much appreciaated.

It's near the float (i think), no you don't have to completely remove the carb.

i have a 06 250ex 2 u do have 2 take out the whole carb out first u take out the float bowl and under the floats there is a screw thats the main jet after u got 2 turn the fuel mixture screw all the way in and then u turn it 2 1/2 times clockwise then u take out the trottle boddie an put the needle in with the e-clip on the first line on the needle reinstall and now u just put on a jet kit thats how u install one in a 250ex what mod do u got on yours
