anyone play bass?

ive been playing my buddies at his house for a while, and ive had fun, so i decided i wanted to pick up my own, and learn to improve my skills

does anyone have any good sites on learning to play? im still trying to figure out tabs, but cant find any good sources, and my bud is working all day, everyday, so i cant have him teach me

just looking for some resources...

and if anyone is wondering, i bought an ibanez sdgr sr 400 bass, and a fender bassman 60 amp

I'm mainly a guitar player(Acoustic and electric)....but I dabble with Bass when I get the chance.

Not sure of any sites that go into GOOD detail on Bass stuff.

But www.ultimate-guitar.com has loads of info. Maybe some Bass tutorials.

www.cyberfret.com can help quite a bit with theory, and music composition stuff.....and tab reading.
