crf 250?

well i was thinking about getting one but i heard they have bad valves in them and stuff.... any of u guys ever had problems with the crfs?

There sweet bikes, I loved mine. it handled great and had nice power. the '04 crf does have some valves issues but if you do the head right it can be a reliable bike. Here is my old '04.

MY SON HAS HAD 3. THEY ARE AS RELIABLE AS ANY OF THE 250FS. JUST KEEP AN EYE ON THE OIL LEVEL AND FILTERS. CHECK THE VALVES EVERY 20 HOURS AND PISTON AND RINGS ABOUT EVERY 30 HOURS.
