I am getting ready to buy my son a 50. We will be tt racing and Duning. Which do you guys think would be the better buy. A lem or the '07 DRX.

Lems can be fast and are lighter I think, well they should be, they aren't made as tough as the DRX. But for TT, it'd be fine.

Like stated, the DRX is made tougher and is prolly the best 50 (all around) than any.

I have a LEM built by Robs racing that I'm looking to sell. It has every thing done possible to a LEM> My son ran it 3 times at nationals last year. I really need to get rid of it (moving out of my shop) and will give someone a smoking deal on it. Brian 310-880-1221.

The lems are getting harder and harder to find parts for. I don't even think that they are making the quads anymore, trust me, I have one and it is very fast but part prices and availibility are nightmares.

The DRX is wider and faster. Here is a side by side and even with the DRX cut off in the pic you can still see the difference in width.

We raced flat track and the lems were no match for the DRR/DRX's. We also know several people that raced lems mx last season and they all ended up switching to the DRX to be competitive. The lems are also way more maintenance.
