Ok... I have a little PW50 , I know its not a wheeler, But after I start it the bike runs fine, then after a few seconds it boggs out and tries to die. If I turn the gas off while its running it starts to run great then runs out of gas. I just bought a brand new FLOAT and Needle valve seat assembly and it still floods continously. It just keeps running out of the carb! HELP! I'm stumped.

Other than that it runs great! I have also cleaned the carb out.

P.S. It had set for a long time.

It's still in the carb. Either buy a new carb or try cleaning it again. Sounds like it's loading up. If it has been setting for a long time then I suggest just buying a new carb for it.

you float height may be set wrong. not hutting the gas off when it should. try lowering the float level a little.

You need to set the float height. A manual will tell you the exact measurement.

Thanx! I think I will check the float hight or just sell it LOL. I could bend the little prong on the needle but it seems like the needle isnt long enough. I will try tho. Thanx again!
