i recieved 3 washers and their are 4 bolts (each side)i now that the upper a arm ball joint needs one on the very top and the lower a arm ball joint needs one on the very bottom but were does the extra one go or is it realy necessary?

also how tight does this nylon nut get?? untill i fine tune it

and do these bushings look correct ? they just need time to break in correct? because the bolt once to turn with the a arm (just loose)
AND is there a torq spec on them??

I dont think you put a washer on top of the spindle on the top ball joint. I would put money on it. but every system is difrent. extras mabie?


as for the torque speck on the bolts that hold the a-arms on. Put them tight, they have steel inserts that hold it from colapsing onto the nilon sleeves. Tight is tight, to tight is a broken bolt.

There shouldn't be any washer between the balljoint itself and the spindle. The bottom where the nut goes maybe, although probably not necessary. The balljoint is tapered and fits down into the taper on the spindle. If you put a washer there it wont seat right.
