head gasket ??????

I keep on hearing about you can mill your head just by putting a thinner gasket on.I read in another thread that to use a cr head gassket--whats that all about--and wear do you get thinner gaskets if you dont use the cr

the only way to mill your head is witha a milling machine. what you can do is get a stock gasket which is a 3 layers gasket, drill the rivits out you can use the 2 outside thin ones. not at the same time. just use 1 thin one at a time. IMPORTANTmake sure that your head and deck of the cylinder are flat.
