engine mods???

Ok im rebuilding my '04 450r and would like to get a high compression piston and i need a new cam bc my old ones shot (long story) also im thinking about a port and polish, how much does that usually cost? What compression piston should i get that i can run pump (93) gas in, and which stage cam would be best with it hrc, stage 1, stage 2..?? i race hare scrambles or mx pretty much every weekend. ive got a rossier full exhaust and white bros. air filter but thats pretty much it for engine mods.

Regardless of your piston and cam choices,try to get a fcr carb if you can,big difference.;)

cp 12:1, hotcams stage one for bottom, stage 2 for mid and up. i don't know about the hrc.

Ive always been told your taking a chance on 12 to 1 comp with pump gas. one bike will and one wont. i know that 11.5 is safe with pump. thats what im runnin in mine with a stg. 2 hot cam and i have no complaints. the power is right where i need it. you never come off a corner from idle the power of the cam is mid to high.
