400ex into a 440 help/suggestions/tips

I have an 02' 400ex with a full ceramic LRD race exhaust, k&n filter, jetted carb, works shocks ,houser+2 a-arms, houser extended swingarm, 18" kenda "klaws", ported and polished head, 14t sprocket, air box lid removed, hotcam stage 1, tag bars, a/c bumper, and a/c pro peg nerfs. I'm sure there are some things I am forgetting. I am thinking of turning it into a 440 what are all the mods I need to do to compensate for the swap to keep it fairly reliable. I will be riding with 450's and want to be pretty close. what kind of HP can I expect out of the 440. I need all the help I can get and will replace any of my existing parts with new/improved versions if nessecary. I want the most hp but still be reliable. any info aprecieated. THANKS

do a 440 stroker, they r reliable if built right. they cost alot of dough though. but with that u will be stomping on modded 450s. then u will need to replace ur cam with a stage 2 or the stroker cam. and it will be a good idea to get HD valve springs. good luck.

my 440 with hang and take a 450 and i havent stroked it (yet) i took one in the sand drag a week ago heh heh it was funny i never told him it was a 440 he couldnt believe he lost. oh well back on point go for the 440 it makes a big differance i love it more than my old raptor. :devil:

Stroke it. Mine still impresses me over 5 months after I built it.
