View Full Version : What bend for handlebars?

Hey guys im getting my new 07 yfz soon and i've noticed sitting on it stock the bars are really low. im puttin new handlebars on it right away along with other numerous parts, but what bend do you guys think would be pretty good? i realize everyone has there own personal preference but i just wanna hear what you guys think. i had pro taper atv low bend on my 450r and they were really nice. thinkin about going with pro tapers again but im just confused on what bend to get.

I love my Renthal Banshee bend.

are you just runnin the stock steering stem with them bars?

Well what happened to me was i wanted CR high, and nacs told me the atv race bend was basically the same, man oh man were they wrong check it out

so then i went to my local honda shop and said i need a nice low sleek looking bar. they said try the "mcgrath bend" so i did and they said they were very close to cr low, i tried it and i love em heres a pic

Yep. Stock Stem, Stock pegs, and I am nearly 6'4.

I have always liked my bars low, but the stock throttle would hit my knee whenever I'd turn the bars. So, these helped a ton, and they feel good.
