cr ignition in trx question

Just got a cr ignition for my trx.I figured out how it all hooks up except for the coil.Should there be 2 wires going into the coil or just the black whith yellow striped one.I cant figure out if the green wire is a ground or should be connected to the coil.All the other wires correspond with each other except the green ones on the coil and on the cdi box. rest all make sense the one on the coil is neon green and as a plate on the end of it that attached to were the coil must have been on the bike.The other is regular green and has the same end as your typical ground wire.Im not sure if they should make contact

the green goes to the coil mount under one of the bolts.

does it matter what side of the coil

no, as long it goes to ground.

so where the light green wire already comes out and is on the mount its ok if the darker green wire mounts on the same side as long as its connected to the frame or ground in this case
