i am going to buy my seven years son a new quad for racing in 2007. iam going to try to race all the worcs serise. iam wondering what would be a good mini quad. iam looking at the apex pro mx 70cc. thank you

you should remember that the worcs races are long races that last 30 to 40 minutes and use courses that are long and can be very rough. the apexs that we have seen attempt the worcs races have had some reliabilty issues, mud on radiators causing overheating, broken frames etc. not to say they are a bad quad. many of use in the 51-70 mod class are running the drx bikes with 70 kits. the 07 drxs come stock with dual a arms and are a very reliable quad. my son is currently leading the series in two different classes on a drx and have had no dnfs the entire season. In order to be competitive in worcs you must have a consistently reliable machine. just my .02 cents worth.
