Choke help?where do i put it?

i already posted this before in another section and no one has replied so im going to give it a try here.my 06 250ex has the choke cable mounted to the bar wit a plate thats welded on,so i wanna no wut i could do if i get new bars?do i just take the cable of and push the choke by hand couse its got lioke a lever on the carb or what?HELP:ermm:

That would be my guess unless you have a welder or make some brackets and just bolt it on.
