OK YESTERDAY I WAS JUMPING MY 06 EIGER AND GETTING AROUND 6 FEET OF AIR WILL THIS HURT THE QUAD? IT WAS BOTTOMING OUT BUT SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO TAKE IT. I DO IT ALL THE TIME ON MY Z400 BUT THAT IS MADE FOR IT

You going to run into issues with the frame cracking if you do constantly over a period. The frames were not designed to take that much abuse.

could the frame be made stronger? i want to keep jumping it because it is alot of fun and it blows some people away seeing a 630lb quad 6-7 feet in the air. what about the stock shocks and shock mounts?

You could have the frame gusseted and get new aftermarket shocks and you would probably be good to go.

it is hard on the front diffs if you leave it in 4wd put it in 2wd and it won't be as bad. be ready for fame cracking issues and shock problems and prossibly plastic cracking. yeah true it is better on the z but if it is not aviable you still want to have fun. I know how it is I have done it before on my foreman. i haven't had issue yet but i am sure they will come, a friend has ran into issues on his vinson but if your willing to fix it and have the time and smarts you will be fine.
