When the green flag went up, Jeff Maloney took the holeshot aboard his Honda all the way from the outside. Second coming around the turn was Bryan Cook, but when Maloney was edging over to the inside line, Cook slammed on brakes to avoid being hit by Maloney's rear tires. Coming up alongside Cook was Gary Bryson and Mike Houston, allowing both to get by when Cook lost momentum.

This year, Dustin Canipe has pretty much dominated the A Class, already claiming his championship, but this weekend, Josh LaRusso stepped up his game (or was Dustin experiencing quad or body problems - let us know Dustin)

congrats go out to mike and dustin for pretty much rapping up there championships. but I'd like to give props to Jeff Maloney. Damn what a start man. When you hit the table top, I've never heard a race get quiet and then just blow up with cheers. That was the high light of the day for me by far. Amazing ride bro....:macho

Well i did stiffen my shocks a little too much for the mx and it was beatin me up....but i cant blame it on that lol. Larusso was just ridin awesome and he wanted it bad. That new ride he's got really improved his game. He'll be the man to beat next year if he stays in A class. Congrats Josh!

theses girls were tire to tire for a couple laps and even made contact but there still the best of friends and are really cute too.... :devil:

yea everytime I've talked to ya I havent been on the bike...ill run over you at the next race so you'll know who to look for...lol

i was 3rd o/a for about a sec:eek2: the other pro's told me it was bad luck to win your first pro race ,so i took it easy on them:D :D at least i can say i was 7th in pro class,just to line up with REAL PROS was alot of fun:cool: i have nothing but respect for all them boy's

Yea back in the good ole days.Actually i think i am the only rider to race quads in the 80's,90,s and 2000,s :huh I just wish i could still ride fast.I actually overalled the first race ever at belwood and won 150 dollars,now i cant finish in the top five in the c class:huh :mad: But i still am having fun and as bonnie said STILL LOOKING GOOD:blah:

You are right having fun is what it is all about.I actually started to quit after boonville,but i am gonna stick with it because it is fun and i still enjoy coming to the track,just wish i could get the hang of these four-strokes.:devil:

Yea it's a pretty fun sport. When it comes to racing I suck but I love riding. My results at the race's are better in the watching, picture taking, cheering and beer drinking classes. You'll get used to that 450R.
i'd have more fun if people would just quit passing me.... but were headed to ohio in the morning, the mideast has made me a good rider in the morning race of a gncc on a fresh track, but i still suck in a mideast... :confused:
i see gary bryson has made it here. welcome homie... sorry we didn't ask ya to go to ohio but were bumming off of mike and not taking the tralior..

Gump let us know how you all done whenever you get back.
well it's 1 am and were home. not a good day for the mideast crew. i had a good start and ran good for half a lap but the quad was running like chit, went through the big mud hole everyone warned me about and was taking my time through it when about 3 of them tryed to bust through it. well i got soaked and was freezing to death. goggles and gloves were gone brought it back to the truck and like a dumbarse i had my choke on the whole time. i'm a damn idiot for not figuring that out !! jeffs clutch went out after half a lap, cook nosed dived into something and got a root hung. mike was running good in 9th place when his front spindle broke. santo ran good and so did jim houston sr.. i'm retired.. i might run yadkinville but after that i'm done...
one more thing, it was in the 30's friday night when we went to bed for the night and mike said the LTE tralior had heat, what he failed to mention is it wouldn't heat a 40' tralior, i froze allmost to death then went and got wet in the morning.. jeff wouldn't even let me snuggle and get warm !!!! :mad:
i even trimmed my toe nails.... :D

It would be sad 2 cya quit, but its been a pleasure meeting and racing w\ u guys.....im done w\ school and am now back home in PA but outta pure dedication 2 the series and my season im making the 6 hour trip back down there for the final 2 Races.....im defently in no mood 2 quit and stop now, and i plan 2 make maybe a Mideast or 2 next season but being in PA will limit that.....talk 2 yall later:D

just got in from the race. boys i went out there and proved something today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sad thing is that i proved i suck just as bad on a pro level quad as i do on my yamaha. but houston proved he can ride anything, that's just pure talent, i have to work at it. and to be totaly honest i like my yamaha better than his honda, but it takes me longer to adapt to a different quad than it does him. you looked awesum on it mike !!!

now that i think about it i should have rode the chit out of it.. last thing i said to mike before i got on his quad to go to the riders meeting was i'll bring her home in one piece dog.. and he said i'm just going out here to have fun and see how this yamaha feels and i'll try to bring her back in one piece.. my version of taking care of his quad was take it easy in the tights and don't screw up his front end and just have some fun.. his version was only hit one tree at a time and when he flips it just let it roll over one time.. what's up wit dat ?? he flips it on the first lap tears my seat cover and knocks the tire off the rim at the end of the race and i'm like WTF ???? he said he was having fun like he said he was gonna do.. can't argue with that.. you know i'm just playing mike.
and your more than welcome to take it to the ironman if ya want to, but i will charge ya for holeshot lessons....

well i just got back from the doctor and my thumb isnt broke just one heck of a sprain....he said i cant ride for 3 weeks so i might be just spectating at falston....so that means yall C riders better watch out cuz if i aint racing then Lonewarrior will be on my bike!

hell we all do that to a point, but then again S@n#o lapped me then ran up on a guy turned sideways and he could have knocked him out of the way but instead he got off and helped the guy out of the way. i had about 15 of them hit me when i was upside down at last years yadkinville gncc and i broke my pelvis bone. if you pass me again from c class charlie and turn it over after that i'm hitting ya out of spite.... :D

well i said i can't go up or down in points, but jeff did the math am i'm gonna lose 4th in points. ernie allen is gonna beat me at fallston that's when he gets his 9th race in. i'm just 13 points ahead of him and he gets to count all the points he gets. so all he has to do is finish 8th to tie me, and we all know he'll be top 3 or 4 so now i'm gonna finish 5th. dang and i quit belwood and didn't ride mine at yadkinville, like it would have mattered anyway. there goes that pair of gloves i might have got at the banquet.. oh well chit happens... :grr:
