I KNOW EVERYONE SAYS TO GO WITH A 13T FRONT SPROCKET BUT HOW WILL A 44T REAR WORK OUT. I RIDE TRAILS AND HILLS MOST AND DO SOME JUMPING. I AM LOOKING FOR PULLING AND WHEELIE POWER. WOULD I NEED A NEW CHAIN IF I WENT THIS WAY?

gearing would be even lower then if you went with a 13front. Don't know about the chain.

You may want to get a new rev box if you get a 44T. But you would definately be able to rock out wheelies in 4th possibly 5th:blah:

if your decent at wheelies you can wheelie any gear when its stock. 44 on the rear will make it alot easier though. i personally wouldnt go that extreme.

44 tooth on the back without a skid plate! And you would need a longer chain! Just go with a 13 tooth front and a 41 rear!!!

44 just sounds too big and I don't think it will even fit on your bike with a skid plate. That would lower your ground clearance for trails. The 13T front is plenty low enough that you will wonder why you even have a 1st gear anymore.
