need help on UM racing nerf bars!!

hey, I recently bought a set of UM racing pro peg nerf bars and im having some trouble getting them on and was checkin to see if anyone else on here has successfully got these suckers on their quad without any problems? I have an 05 400ex. I have them on for the most part and am at the last part of the directions where there is supposed to be a hole drilled through the peg (i think) and im completely stuck and need some help so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated so i can get back to ridin!!

OK I will try to explain this....

get you pegs all the way on. Everything is hooked up and tight. Then were the peg part is next to the frame you drill a hole through the peg and the black peice that holds yer pro pegs on. Then put a bolt and nut on it.
