This will be my first trip to So Cal. I ride in Nor Cal and at pismo when I want to do some dune riding. Want to head down south for the weekend of Nov. 3,4,5,6. Want to just ride dunes so I dont have to bring two sets of tires. I will be sleeping in a tent(yay), which really doesn't bother me cause i do it at Pismo and other areas. But i was wondering where to stay. Heard of gecko road or the washes are where most people stay. Looking for some good riding and maybe a little bit of good night life :D Dont which area of Imperial dunes to go to.
