Two weeks ago bent my stock bars. Installed new renthals, went riding this weekend and flipped the quad and tweaked my steering stem. Where is the best place to get a replacement, and does anyone have one they want to sell??

Thanks,
Doug

What other choices do I have? I looked at the quadshop, and saw the LSR, but that's 3 bills. Don't really want to spend that much. Is there something between the stock replacement and the LSR?

Thanks.

That makes me so mad when compaines up the shipping prices to make up for the discounts they give. I can ship a stem anywere in the country for less than $12. :grr

yep, that does suck...ive been charged that much for stuff, and then when i get the boxes they have the sticker that says it cost 5 bucks to ship it.

So far the quadshop has never charged me for shipping..
But that might be because they only 8 miles down the road and I normally just pick it up..:o :D

I agree, just buy a stock one. The poor suckers who buy aftermarket ones don't know that if the stem does not give the frame will. $65 for stock or how much for a new frame?

You all are gonna freak..
I got an anti-vibe, silvervein powdercoated, brand new stem from a company for only $187 SHIPPED TO MY FRONT DOOR!!! And This wasn't a sale. Im extremely happy with them and this is a QUALITY product! It comes with a bottom clamp in your choice of size (std or oversized like t2's). The anti-vibe bushings are even red to match my R! I like this stem so much I'm planning on buying some of their A-arms when I switch to a Long Travel front end. I bent mine coming up way short on a double (front wheels into the back of the downside = snapped wrist and bent stem) I guess ya wana know who sells em huh?
Burgard does!!! burgardcycle@worldnet.att.net that's Izzy's e-mail, E-mail em and make sure their still like $175+shipping. Very nice and honest people and will help you with anything
