is it bad to be running through alot of water with my quad....because i around here we go through mud all the time and we go through ALT of water thats like a 1ft deep


p.s lookin for any after market parts that people have

1 foot of water is not bad at all i go through water 2-3 ft deep all the time just keep everything clean after the ride

That will not hurt your quad just make sure maintanence is a high priority.

it might not do any damage to anything but in the long run it will. the water gets into all of the bushings and bearings in the a arms and swing arm and makes them get worn out a lot faster. make sure you keep the linkage greased up good since its the only place they decided to put zerks on the entire bike.

i thought the rest of the bearings were sealed. if so water wont get in unless they are f ed up to begin with. if water entered a sealed bearing you would know pretty soon, it would destroy it fast as hell.
