I just put my quad back together today, it ran great, everything was perfect except one thing, oil was leaking out of the head, the cylinder head. I don't know why it's leaking, it only leaks a tiny tiny bit but it bothers me because there smoke in my face. Any idea? Could I use that sealing stuff people put near the ports?

some silicon should clear that all up

Do I have to take my motor apart again?

Where is it leaking from? The top of the head or the bottom?

if it is leaking from the head gasket you will want to fix it. if it is leaking from the valve cover then clean the surface and put a new gasket on.

yes you have to take of the head, and just put a bead of silicon around the edge and put the cover back on.its just 8 bolts to take the coer off,but just make sure to not strip the bolts. i think there 9 ft lbs of torque.
