thanks for all the comments, lol. yeah.........i put the forsale sign under there before i went to a stunt show early in the summer, i figured......im trying to sell it, and what better way to advertise it than to put the forsale sign where it will be seen THE MOST, lol. people get a kick out of it! and yeah, im still looking to get rid of it, if anyone's interested.

its a PRM grab bar.

how long have you been riding/had the quad? what kind of wheelies have you tried.......sitting, or foot in bar? man, need any advice or tips just ask. its really easy to wheelie the yfz once you've gotten balance point and brake control down.

Cool picture!! I can see you now doing wheelies at 80MPH. I had a croch Rocket a few years back. They are not as forgiving as an atv when you go over.Do your family a favor and get a big life insurance policy, it's real cheap at your age. I along with 2 other friends bought 3 Yamaha FZR600.....I'm the only alive today.

BE CAREFULL!!!!!

sorry to hear about your friends bro

I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE RISKS INVOLVED W/ RIDING A STREETBIKE. i DONT PLAN ON STUNTING IT, so an 80mph wheelie is kinda outta the question. i want to RIDE. i appreciate the compliment on the pics man.

again, sorry to hear about your friends

I got the YFZ about 2 months ago, and I being trying to wheelie for two months:blah:
When I try to wheelie I sit on the seat and sometimes I put my foot on the bar. I can wheelie maybe about 20 feet while I have my foot on the bar, then the quad goes back down.

A little while ago I sat on the the handle bars and started to do a wheelie but the rear tires just spin.

When you do those high chairs do you start to wheelie while your on the handle bars and you just jump on the handle bars while your Wheeling?
Thanks

i start out up there for the SUPER highchair. how fast are you going when you are clutching the highchair and its spinning?

10-03-2006, 05:27 PM
One time I was mid first gear and the other I was in high second gear...

Would it help if I go to a 12T or 13T for the front? If so by how much? Or do you think I should keep the stock gearing?

Oh can I use some of your pics for my racemail?
Racemail (racemail.net/Quad_King)
Thanks

racemail?

for a highchair, get the quad in second gear and at a dead stop. SLOWLY creep forward and clutch it up, just be careful how much clutch vs. gas you give it or you'' be doing a highchair scrape, lol!

and when you said you can wheelie about 20ft, sounds like you need to just keep the front higher and you'll be fine. keep on doing the foot in bars, second gear. learn that b/p and brake control then move on to other stuff. second gear foot in bars are the best for learning.

Race mail is like a my space for quad and bike riders...

Look at the link I gave you, you can see its just like my space...

So can I use the pics? Its alright if you don't let me lol
If you do let me use some pics can I have your first and last name? so I can tell the readers who's stunting. :macho

I'm going to practice this weekend and I will tell you how I do.
Thanks for all the help.

oh i dont care bro. i was just curious what ''racemail'' was. no biggie. my name is Jason Dziedzic.

definately let me know how you do. just keep your left foot in the grab bar, and your right covering the rear brake.........second gear. first gear is TOO touchy.

also, if you want a little assistance, try raising your idle just A LITTLE BIT. it will help the quad stay up and you can worry a little less about throttle control and concentrate on brake control.

also, mess w/ your tire pressure. are you running them damn near flat or lots of air?

i THOUGHT about changing sprockets, but i have grown to like the quad the way it is. the gearing is fine to me. i guess for no handers it could use more low end, b/c i cant seem to get those yet.

if you've got a myspace, add me.

First off...
My name is Jason too!!!:blah:
Thanks for letting me use your pics.

I'm defintly going to bring my idle up, and I will say I have alot of air in my tires, I don't have how much pounds of air, but my tires are hard.
What is better for wheeling? Alot of air or little amount of air?

Thanks
-Jason

well, most people drop their tire pressure for stunting, but I FIND it better when there's more air. it seems to stay in b/p easier, like it makes b/p a bit longer. do what feels more comfortable for you. try it w/ what air is in your tires, and if you dont like it, let a little bit out.

10-03-2006, 07:03 PM
I cant say I have my space:(
But if you decide to make a race mail, be sure to add me.
racemail.net/Quad_King

I'm going to adjust the air in my tires also and see if I can find the sweet spot.

I wasn't able to ride my YFZ this weekend because I broke my Tie rod end:mad:
I going to order a new tie rod end and I will tell you how I do.

thanks man, yeah. i get on there. not too much love for quad stunt'n on there, lol. ah'well

10-13-2006, 12:16 PM
I can do a wheelie for about 100+ feet now:p

When I practice the high chair I had to seat on the gas tank with my feet on my front fenders... Because I don't have a bumper to put my feet on.

I can get the High Chair about 3 ft. off the ground and about 10 ft long:scary: still need a little practice.

jd450
10-18-2006, 07:46 PM
