I have 400 ex it has a tc racing cam and the head is ported its a 426 bore 10.8:1 comp. I have a rev box K&N filter and a sparks pipe x6 Im looking at adding a carb which one should I get the FCR 39 or 41 fo rmy motor set up, Thanks for the advice.

we run the fcr39mm, on our 440, it's very fast

Unless you're at WOT all the time, stick with the 39. The 41 will work but you'll loose some throttle response in the bottom & mid ranges (which is needed if you race XC or MX). I've ridden very similar bikes as mine, except with the 39, the bottom was a little better with no noticeable difference on top.

Wheres a good place to get the FCR 39mm at? I seen CT racing had them for about $400. Anyone sell them cheaper?

That's a real good price. Make sure it includes set up (get you in the ball park/real close), some extra jets and an air boot adaptor. You'll also need a cable. I got mine from Hetrick's > very good service, was around $450. Good Luck! You'll feel as much improvement as a cam/piston upgrade.
