5mm spacer plate

anyone got a 5mm spacer plate? get at me. im gonna use a long rod crank. will this make any difference in the way it runs? i got a short rod now iwth a 86 style piston. get at me witht he prices on the spacer plates.

you may be money ahead to get one through a local builder/cycle supply or the net as you'll need the kit which includes the extra base gaskets aswell as the longer base studs.
