How big on stock 400ex sleeve?

I'm working on a 400ex right now that has a scored up cylinder. It has a .040" over wiseco in it right now and needs to go bigger. Would like to step it up to an 11:1 and I see the next step up in a Wiseco is an .080" over. I need to know if the stock sleeve can accept that or not, and if not exactly how far can I go, thanks guys!

.080" over = 2mm over = 416cc = OK for stock sleeve.

3mm (426cc) is the max on the stock sleeve.
