Help! 400ex Front Wheel Bearings...

Guys, I got the hubs off the a-arms, but now how do I get the bearings out of the hubs? Do they both slide out one side (obviously the bigger of the tappered end) or do they each come out there own side seperately? And if they come out seperate sides, how do I get them out? They seemed like theyre lodged in there good. Thanks guys!

they each come out thier own side. you can either press them out, or take a hammer and a rod (somethin softer than steel like brass, or aluminum) and tap them out. tthey can be a pain, but they will come out.
