whats the best carb i can get for my (06) z 400....a 450r carb or something....because i need more horsepower

Carbs arn't the place to start. You want to work from the inside out. But a 450r would be bigger carb would help.

u need to do a pipe, cam, piston at least before u look into a larger carb.

A carb is sosposed to be last on the list. Porting/ full exhaust/ cam(s)/ high comp piston/valves/Air filter/

I would go with all the mods from tc racing or sparks racing.

For the price of that you could put a yz/crf motor in the quad for the same price and have more power.
