I just got done putting in my 152 main jet thinking it might finally run alittle rich but nope it's still lean as can be,i tried adjusting my air fuel screw but i cant even get my hand in there and the coat hanger screwdriver thing doesnt work at all, so do i still need a bigger main jet still or can i adjust my air/fuel screw enough to get it right. i need help please.

u need to be more specific. what do u mean?? is it lean off the bottom?? like it stutters?? or does it sputter?? does it backfire when u let off the throttle?? give me some ore info. when u changed ur main, did u also change ur pilot?? what size??

it's lean off the top, it backfires a little bit comeing off of WOT. I didnt change the pilot jet. it dont sputter though on the bottom. I did however look on my dyno sheet from white bros and it said on there to run a 165 main with 18 disks and the lid removed but i dont have 18 disks i only have 12. I'm sorry if im not saying this right i'm new to all this jetting stuff so please take it easy on me.

Try turning your fuel screw out a bit to richen it up,popping on decel is a lean condition. The wb specs are just for baseline, you dont need 18 discs, your 12 disc setup will be quieter anyway. You wont need to run jetting as rich with 12 as you would with 18 anyhow.good luck

if it is pooping on decel then it is lean. if u r not running the soark arrestor plate, which ur not, then it doesn't make a difference how many discs u have because there is no back pressure from the plate. if ur pilot is stock then u will need to go up on ur pilot to like a 42. then go to like a 155 main. that should be baseline. then u will need to play with ur needle position and fuel screw to get it just right. but i would definatly put the spark arrestor in.

the spark arester is in I forgot to say that sorry. So go to a 42 pilot and a 155 main and I should be ok RIGHT.

u will be close. the bike will be able to be rode without wrries, but if u want it dead on, u will need to mess with the fuels screw and the needle position.
