I have a idea, not sure if it would work though.

Get rid of the post count.

Maybe have a "what you bring to the site counter"

I am not sure how much you Mods look at post but when ppl are posting good things, they get a " good post" count added to there profile.

People can PM the MOds saying "this person realy helped me" Or maybe next to each persons username is a way for each person on the site to rate them.

Not sure if this would work....just throwing out some ideas. :)

I like the idea and where you're coming from but it seems like it'd create a lot more work for Moderators.

I think it'd be a great idea to just get rid of the post count just because it might eliminate some of the little kids who create endless amounts of useless posts/threads just to get that count up.

Yea it would be alot of work. Maybe just give everyone names.

Maybe have a how long you been hear count.

Instead of post count have a day counter/year counter???
