330 kit question

i want to get a four stroke tech 330 kit because their $295 kit is the cheapest ive found. my question is: has anyone done this themselves? and what tools does it take? it it a long and complicated job? my friend and i were going to do it and we have torn down and tinkered with engines before.

You would have to have someone put in the sleeve for like 100-200 bucks, you'd need a cam, carb (400ex), exhaust, rev-limited, oil cooler, porting would be nice but isnt needed! A 330 is EXPENSIVE! just go buy a 400ex if you can!
