Pappy I am going to send you out both of my side cases for Blue Vein Powder.

Just wanted to give you a heads up.

What do you think the turn around will be?

This is the bike they are going on. Do I need to do anything special to the covers I have an extra set that I am sending out. I am also going to send my had and cylinder to you for Moly coating after they get back from being bored, and ported

how much for a stock 250r frame in gunmetal grey-and an 88 lenght swing arm and +3arms in black?

Pappy I just sent my Cylinder, and head out to Advanced Machining , and He is going to disassemble them, and clean them, but he wants to no if you want to moly coat them before he does all the valve work or can you do it after the valve work. If you want to before I am going to have him send them to you, and then you can send them back to him, and you can just add any addition shipping to my bill.

Id love to have them before, so have him ship them when he can. That way he can do his thing after the parts are coated etc.

Also, I would recommend doing a different color then bluevien, it will be much much darker then your frame. IMO, Stealth would set it off especially since your cylinder will be black also!

Hey Pappy

I just spoke with Al from Advanced Machining services. He is Boring and Honing out my cylinder, and Valves, as soon as he does the boring and honing he is going to send them to you for Black Moly Coating. You should see them in about a week, and my cases should be arriving soon to. I just wanted to give you a heads up on the Cylinder, and Head, becuase they will not be coming directly from me, and I thought if I gave you a heads up It might avoid some confussion. ^^That looks great! Just curious Pappy, do you bead blast the inside of the covers/cases as well as the outside? It looks like it.

Yes, I like them to be clean clean clean. Engine cases are washed and degreased, media blasted, baked to release any remaining trapped oil, re washed then re-media blasted. then another wash and rinse and a phosphate coating applied. When they are dry, they are prepped and coated.
