just wondering if anyone can help me? i bought a 95 300ex real cheap. it has some problems. it needs a new bearing carrier(no problem) but the guy who had it took off the rear brakes and totaling screwed the rear end set up. i need a diagram or pic on how the axle should be set up. like i need the piece that hold the rear sprocket on. whats that called? if anyone can get me a part list and pic that would be great. thanks everyone, and great site guy's.

well i do know that the caliper is on the top of the disk on back and runs a brake line from it to the foot brake assy. ur best bet is to buy a shop manual for your bike. it shows assy. and dis-assy. and u can find the name of the part and find one at a local shop or on the computer.

But I think the part you are asking about is the sprocket hub. My experience with this "sprocket hub" is that it comes fixed on the axle. This means if you need a new one... You will need to get the whole axle. :(
