Swing arm bearings being a pain

I am trying to replace the bushings and bearing in a 89 blaster swing arm. It looks like the old bearings have welded them selves to the inside of the housing I cant get them out any ideas?

this happens to alot of people, and most of them just wound up buying a new carrier becuase its way more easy.

is this on the carrier or the swing area?

It was on the swing arm to motor end. I got them out finally took now its good as new. It was one of those situations were you had to walk away grab a beer and come back later to try again. Thanks
