300 ex rev limiter

Does anyone no how to eliminate the rev limiter without spending 90 bucks, email if you do. countyparkracing@hotmail.com

I had to take off my limiter while i was waiting for a new part, on the bottom of the right side of the engine there is the reverse inhibiter unit,,,if you grounf that you will have no limter in reverse and im pretty sure in forward gears also,, because i dont remember hitting it..:devil
