Considering your mods, it would not be worth it. Big bore should be one of the last things on your list IMO.... especially a 440.

However, for the originl topic, I like mine. Mostly use it for drag racing and trails, and it does very well. Beats most of the 450s in the drags. Only complaint I have is that the bike lugs around in the low RPMS, and it doesn't have the initial throttle response that my 450s do if you don't keep it in the higher RPMs.

i love mine amazing power in a small package.alot easier to play around on than my 04 raptor was.im going to do some sand drags tomorrow but mostly i trail ride. its alot of fun torque all over on it and very fast. but i would hope you're looking into exhaust and the full 440 kit with cam piston and sleeve and rev box

Well i loved mine. It is the best thing you can do to a 400ex i.m.o .....but..... mine blows a head gasket about every 3 months.... only fault to it.

i love mine getting kind of bored of the power but she does alright have no problem staying with modded 450s in drags or the track. had it since january and havent had a single problem with the motor.

I love mine considering my 06 450er hasent been rode since late july!!! Put the big studs in,run lower compression, you wont need the compression with that torque.Mine hasnt blew a head gasket in 3 years,im running a IMS kit with the 10.75 piston.

i love it, i use it for racing but it depends what you got suspension wise! probably if your gonna do the 440 you should get a better cam and heavy duty studs!
