this guy also backed out of a deal on me buying the frame.
we had agreed on a price and i was going to pay him as soon as he told me a shipping price. but in the meantime he gets offered

He sent me a refund on the steering stem because it's bent. Why it took 2 weeks for that I dunno but I guess I can't complain too much. He was honest with me at least.
