wheelie, i just pull back and kick the pedals a little..., then since ive been on the same bike for about 2 years...i can balance, 250ex13 you need to give it more time, you arent goin to be riding like that in 4 days...the best thing to do is find the kids at school that are good BMX riders, if there are any...and try to hang out with them....BTW, for a bunny hop just pull up on the handle bars as hard as you can and then jump up wards-but keep your feet on the pedals...and what ind of shoes are you wearing...i hope you arent wearing nikes or the like...for starters go get yourself a good pair of VANS or another quality skate/bmx shoe...the right equipment is crucial....you wouldnt ride your 250 without a helmet now would you?if you need anything else let me know, between me and my friends we can help you out

I used to beable to bunny hop over Lawn chairs. Just takes practice. Pull your front end up then all in one motion jump up and forward and take weight off the pedals. I havnt rode for a couple years but used to be alright i guess. I also was one that didnt ride with brakes 400. I was hardcore street but the city I was going to started cracking down on our group, I ended up growing out of it, selling my bike, and buying this thing im typing on right now :D I road a chrome stipped GT performer with black 2 wall BFR's, prod crank, hyd pedals. You should see the 8 inch flat spot I put in my bfr's from hopping off a flight of stairs, it was so ridiculous a bike dealer put it on display in one of his shops :macho: , lol im proud of that

I was using this site for video's and tutorials http://www.bmxtrix.com/ it was pretty good. Flat land is my favorite. It will take a lot of time and just keep trying, eventually you'll progress and get closer and closer to doing those tricks, then you'll have to move to the next one or two. I like trying to learn 2 tricks at the same time so you don't get too fed up with 1 not working for so long.

Have you been trying the way I told you about? once you get use to them, try hopping over shoe boxes nothing hard because a shoe box has some give to it just incase you cant clear it.. a cinder block doesnt.. :p for wheelies, just find the balance point on your bike and pedal from there :p

Zeppelin03
09-25-2006, 02:05 PM
yeah...i wish i thought about show boxes...i hopped over two cinder blocks and missed the pedals...had 4 deep gouges by my shins....hurt like a mofo
