i did the test on a 05 trx and power increase is small between the too cams,so i'm gonna stick with the stage-2

stage-3 made more power all across the board, but im not sure my springs can handle this cam,so i'm sellin it for $100....has about 20-minutes no it

here the dyno sheet

stage-2 48hp

stage-3 50hp

from the ride reports ive read it may perform better in the 06,or if your running the hrc there should be a nice power increase for you with the stage-3

dyno plots in ground speed (mph) is meaningless to me...

more interesting to see tq/hp plots relative to engine rpm

whats the difference?

does the curve look different......from speed to rpm?

uuhm, yea. Engine builders can understand more what is happening to an engine if the x-axis is plotted in rpm instead of mph. who cares how fast it is when were interested in seeing how the engine is performing...

if mph does it for you, then thats ok, but if your in search of the holy grail, change it to rpm and discover what the engine is doing for ya...

What's with the afr? On the HC3 it leans out to over 14:1 - which will mean more hp but way too lean.....

I see this issue with a lot of your comparisons. Are you rejetting each time or what?

well we could not get rid of that lean curve on top.........i think because i removed the airbox it made the a/f go krazy

but we did many runs on all my dyno's and all the a/f was the same
