i have a pro circuit silencer that came with the 250r and 2 pipe come with it. one is a 2 piece that im not sure who malkes it and the other is a Crhome series or soemthing im not sure of it but its a one piece. how will each pipe help out on a stock motor. it will have a fresh rebuilt bottom end in it. should i keep running stock or aftermarket?

You can't possibly have a one piece pipe for a 250r. There's no way to get it on.
However, they don't all split at the same spot. Some split BEFORE the bend, and they have a small section of headpipe. Some split right in the middle of the expansion chamber (the big bubble).
Really, either of them will give you a good performance boost over the stock pipe, and they are perfectly safe to use (as long as you check your jetting).
